What's covered
Every PetRide hard-bottom seat cover is covered against faults in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If a seam, zip, buckle or the hard base lets you down because of how it was built — not how it copped a hammering — we'll repair or replace it, no dramas.
How long
Your warranty kicks off from the day it lands on your doorstep. Hang onto your order confirmation as proof of purchase — that's the only thing we need to sort you out.
How to claim
- Flick us an email with your order number and a couple of snaps of the issue.
- We take a look (usually same day) and line up a repair, replacement or refund.
- No forms, no runaround — too easy.
What's not covered
Everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, chewing, dodgy washing, or commercial use. The waterproof top and chuck-it-in-the-machine cover are built for real dog life — but even your best mate can't make them indestructible.
This warranty sits on top of — not instead of — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
The 60-Day Happiness Guarantee
This one's separate from the warranty: put the seat to the test on every drive for a full 60 days. If your dog isn't calmer and comfier, or it just doesn't fit your car, send it back for a full refund. Quick smart — just drop us an email.
