Shipping policy

We're proudly Australian owned and operated, and we keep things moving. Here's how shipping works.

Order processing
We aim to dispatch orders quickly — often the same business day for orders placed before our daily cut-off. Some items are sent directly from our suppliers, which can affect timing. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and may be longer during sales, holidays or busy periods.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. Express options may be available at checkout. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery and tracking
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation, and are estimates only, not guarantees. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're not able to redirect orders once they've been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we'll arrange re-delivery once any additional postage is paid, or refund the price of the item (less the original shipping cost).

Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@petride.com.au and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. You don't need to deal with the carrier — we'll handle that.

Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable (for example, unclaimed or an incorrect address), we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply) or refund the price of the item.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong with your delivery, your consumer guarantee rights still apply.
